How does the process work?
You order a Diamantkuvert envelope from us that comes to you by mail. You place your gold or diamond jewelry in the envelope and send it back to us. We evaluate your jewelry and give you an offer. If you accept the offer, you get paid directly to your account. If you don’t accept the offer, we send your jewelry back at no cost.
Is my jewelry insured?
Yes, all jewelry sent with our Diamantkuvert envelope is insured up to 100,000 SEK. The insurance applies from the moment you place your jewelry in the envelope until we have received it.
How long does it take to get paid?
After you accept our offer, you get paid within 5 minutes directly to your bank account. We use Swish and direct transfers for fast payments.
